Refunds, Cancellations

Should a student’s enrollment be terminated or cancelled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

  • Cancellations must be made in person or by certified mail.
  • All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within (3) three business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making initial payment.
  • Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the administration fee ($50).
  • Cancellation after attendance has begun, through 40% completion of the program, will result in a Pro Rata refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours.
  • Cancellation after completing more than 40% of the program will result in no refund.
  • Termination Date: The termination date for the refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received.
  • Refund will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of cancellation notice.
  • A student can be dismissed, at the discretion of the Director, for insufficient progress, nonpayment of costs, or failure to comply with the rules.
  • Those wishing to cancel for illness or personal reasons may resume their course of study in the next class series with no penalty and may repeat the already completed sessions if desired at no additional charge or pick up where they left off.
  • For any program or course that is cancelled by the institution, the institution will refund the tuition in full or apply the tuition to a future course depending on the wishes of the student.

GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION

I agree to comply with the rules and policies and understand the School shall have the right to terminate this contract and my enrollment at any time for violation of rules and policies as outline in the catalog. I understand that the School reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations, and that I will be advised of any and all modifications.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

I understand that in order to graduate from the program and to receive a diploma, I must successfully complete the required number of scheduled clock hours as specified in the catalog and on the Student Enrollment Agreement, pass all written and practical examination with a 70% average and satisfy all financial obligations to the school.

EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

I understand that the school has not made and will not make any guarantees of employment or salary upon my graduation. The school will provide me with placement assistance, which will consist of identifying employment opportunities and advising me on appropriate means of attempting to realize these opportunities.

Acknowledgement

  • I have received and read a copy of the Institution’s catalog before signing this enrollment agreement.
  • I have read and understand this enrollment agreement.
  • No verbal statements have been made to the contrary to my understanding what is contained in this agreement.
  • I understand that if I wish to cancel this agreement, I must do so in writing within 3 working days.
  • I agree to abide by the school’s policies as stated in my enrollment agreement and school catalog.
